Over the years, our sixteenth-century baglio (courtyard) in the heart of Palermo’s historic center has hosted the city’s most prestigious conferences, as well as numerous private events, ceremonies, and celebrations of all kinds. These occasions stand out not only for our exquisite cuisine but also for the versatility of our service. We offer the possibility to organize gala dinners, bowl food dinners (English-style tray service), buffet dinners, and traditional dinners with Italian-style table service.
Furthermore, the spacious internal courtyard at our disposal allows us to offer a “street food buffet.” This signature Sicilian traditional dinner features dedicated corners for various street food delicacies set among the arches of our baglio and our infinity fountain: a true cooking show and tasting experience.
And why not toast under the stars in our restaurant’s internal courtyard? The retractable roof covering the baglio (a modern, recently installed tensile structure that opens completely in just 90 seconds) allows guests to enjoy the starry sky in the heart of Palermo’s historic center, both in summer and winter.
